BILL HANSEN
From Fortune 500 companies occupying skyline-defining properties to startups looking to move out of their garage, they all turn to Bill Hansen because he delivers results. Bill has more than 30 years of experience improving and managing high-profile commercial properties as well as maintaining Triad-based businesses’ property needs. Bill uses this wealth of knowledge to easily navigate clients through complicated issues such as NOI enhancement, capital and operating expense strategies, and distressed tenant matters. Bill’s experience is what attracts clients but it is his loyalty and partnership that keeps them coming back. Building and maintaining relationships is the heart and soul of his business. Minimizing risk and swiftly dealing with challenges is what every client should expect from a property manager. Bill is the steady hand at the wheel, whether through clear sailing or rough seas. During the recession, he worked aggressively with his clients, both property owners and tenants, to lower expenses and maximize revenues with minimal impact to property operations. He is responsible for taking a leading regional firm’s property management team from modest to influential. Making his clients’ success his single-pronged approach to building a strong company, Bill has put together a team of professionals who listen first and provide a level of service expected from a small shop but with the results of an industry behemoth.
