Lowell Easter is at home in the Triad of North Carolina. He grew up in Burlington and Greensboro and attended undergraduate school at Wake Forest before coming back to Greensboro for an MBA at UNC-Greensboro. Professionally, he has been a fixture in the Triad’s real estate industry for over 30 years. In the 80’s, his vision as a partner in the development of Piedmont Centre physically tied together the cities of High Point and Greensboro with a 1,000 acres business park. Piedmont Centre has been a critical part of diversifying the area’s labor base and stands today a tremendous asset to both cities. Although his roots are in land development, later years efforts in office and retail development have been equally successful. His belief in lean management and operations can be seen in Deep River’s virtual business model. He believes that the Deep River Partners will know the right team to put on each project to make ideas come to life a fact that is aided by its deep network of influential professionals involved in every aspect of real estate.
